Jabir inaugurates new facilities at Portsudan International Airport
Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Assistant Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lt. Gen. Engineer Ibrahim Jabir, called for doubling efforts to develop Portsudan International Airport by establishing facilities and services that meet international standards. This came during his inauguration Monday of a number of new facilities at Portsudan International Airport, which included the new buildings of the airport customs affiliated to the General Administration of Customs of the Red Sea State, which included the customs hangar, halls, and offices for procedures and surveys. His Excellency also inaugurated the airport health center, the new asphalt road, and the VIP lounge.
TSC member was accompanied by TSC Secretary-General, Lt. Gen. Mohamed Al-Gali Ali Youssef, the Director-General of the Sudan Airports Company, Lt. Gen. Sirr Al-Khatim Babiker, and a number of ministers and state officials.
