TSC President Sends Solidarity Cable to Azerbaijani President, Condemns Violation of Sovereignty

President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), General Abdel Fattah Al Burhan, has sent a cable of condolence and solidarity to President Ilham Aliyev of the Republic of Azerbaijan, following the recent developments that affected the country. In his message, TSC President Al-Burhan condemned the violation of Azerbaijan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, reiterating Sudan’s firm rejection of any actions that undermine the sovereignty of states or threaten their security and stability. He reaffirmed Sudan’s solidarity with the leadership and people of Azerbaijan during these circumstances, expressing his hope that security and stability would prevail across the country.
The TSC President also conveyed his wishes for the safety and well-being of the Azerbaijani people and for continued progress and prosperity for the Republic of Azerbaijan.
