Khartoum, Nov. 24 (SUNA) - The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), General Abdel- Fattah Al-Burhan, has received an official invitation from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, to participate in the Arab-China Summit to be held in Riyadh on the 9th of next December.
This came when His Excellency received in his office today the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Sudan, Ali bin Hassan Jaafar, in the presence of acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Ali Al-Sadiq.
The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council congratulated the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the victory of its football team in the World Cup, hosted by the State of Qatar, stressing that this victory motivates Arab countries to achieve advanced positions in the upcoming global competitions.
The Saudi ambassador to Sudan said in a press statement that the President of the Sovereignty Council welcomed participation in the work of the Arab-China Summit, and conveyed to him his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed bin Salman.
The ambassador said that the summit represents a new impetus for strengthening and developing Arab-Chinese relations, in light of the current international changes.
