Khartoum, Nov. 15 (SUNA) The exhibition of the visiting Indian Export Federation, launched today at the Tower of the Union of Chambers of Commerce in Khartoum. The exhibition which displays various Indian products to importers and the public during 15-16 of current November with the participation of 13 Indian companies, The Minister of Trade and Supply, Amal Saleh Saad, pointed to the historical trade relations between Sudan and India, indicating that the volume of trade exchange in various fields exceeds one billion dollars, stressing that India is one of the main countries from which Sudan imports sugar, oilseeds, spices and perfumes. The Indian ambassador to Sudan, Ambassador H.E B.S. Mubarak has asserted the importance of such exhibitions and commercial companies between the two countries, indicating their benefit for trade and cultural exchange and in various fields, pointing to the participation of 13 companies and Indian business houses, with India's desire to increase the volume of trade exchange. It is worth noting that the Indian Companies Exhibition display spare parts, workshop and factory equipment, ready-made garments and fabrics, pumps and mixers, balls, and nuts, in addition to a variety of well-known Indian spices. ta
