Al-Fashir, Aug.12 (SUNA) -Sudanese Red Crescent Society (SRCS) and Food and Agricultural Organization of United Nations organized today at Malut locality in North Darfur workshop on distribution of agricultural inputs and improved seeds. The workshop targeted the vulnerable people, IDPs and refugees at the locality. The Director of SRCS Office in Malut locality, Abdel Rahman Hassan announced that a program supported by FAO would start distribution of improved seeds and goats at Malut locality to vulnerable families and IDPs as from Saturday Aug. 14, 2021. He said the program targets 2625 families of small framers in the locality and 8 surrounding villages in the area. TheActing Executive Director of the Malut locality, Nureddin Abdel Rahman praised efforts exerted by SRCS and FAO for providing goats and improved seeds to vulnerable people at the locality. AA/IF
