Khartoum, Feb. 9 (SUNA) - Djibouti President Ismail Omar Guelleh has lauded the progress achieved by the transitional government in Sudan in realization of peace in the country and unification of the ranks of the Sudanese people. This came when President Guelleh received the Ambassador of Sudan, Hamza Al-Amin Ahmed, at the Republican Palace in Djibouti yesterday on the occasion of the expiry of his assignment. The Djiboutian President commended the model of cooperation between the civilian and military components in the Sudanese Transitional Government. The ambassador conveyed to the Djiboutian President greetings of President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council Gen. Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, pointing out that Sudan looks forward for boosting further the bilateral relations between the two countries. BT/BT
