Trump signs draft bill to re-instate Sudan's sovereign immunity

Khartoum, Dec. 28 (SUNA) - US President, Donald Trump signed yesterday, Sunday, December 27, 2020, the government funding bill for 2021 which includes in a number of its paragraphs the Sudan Peace Law on re-instating its sovereign immunity, after it was approved by the House of Representatives And the Senate in Dec.3. The Information Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs clarified in a statement today, Monday that with this procedure, all steps were completed to restore Sudan's immunity.
