Khartoum, Dec.13 (SUNA) - Minister of Culture and Information, Faisal Mohammed Salih has revealed that his ministry is heading towards liberalization of media by removing the legislative restrictions. “We need to give media more independency and to be owned by the state and the community” He stressed. The minister addressing the final celebration of the development of the Roadmap of Media Reform in Sudan explained that his ministry will reconsider the legislations concerning the media with UoK Faculty of Law. The legislations include press and publications Act, the Law of the Public Corporation for Radio and TV, THE Radio transmission law and other related laws. IF/IF
