Khartoum Sept. 24 (SUNA)- Secretary General of the Commercial Chambers Dr. Alauia Ali Hussain has said the National Economic Conference represents a new stage in building the new Sudan and effecting a national economy that is based on institutionalism, development and comprehensive reform. Dr. Alauia told SUNA that most participants in the economic conference and members of its higher preparatory committees are serious and competent Sudanese brains who are capable to determine the general vision of the civil state. She cited that preconference specialized workshops were held at various sectors in the field of agriculture, services, animal resources, youth and sports. She added that the objective of these workshops was for studying obstacles and problems facing each respective sector besides providing the conference with recommendations. She said the recommendations would be discussed inside the conference for reaching resolu-tions that could help in addressing current issues in the economic situation. AA/BT
