Hemeti Reiterates Keenness over Building Social Peace

Nyala, Oct.3(SUNA)- Member of the Soveriegnty Council and Comamnder of the Rapid Support Forces(RSF), Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo(Hemeti) has underscored keen-ness and concern with building social peace and strengthening ties of peaceful-co-existence between tribes , expressing readiness to address issues of water , education and health. This came during meeting with chieftains of Maalia and Agaira tribes during which Lt. Gen. Daglo promised cementing social relations among tribes and called for not resorting to vio-lence at eruption of tribal disputes. He stressed that dialogue and jodia(traditional Mediation) are the only means for solution of problems, adding that the RSF would exert their utmost efforts to address problem of water at areas in which the two tribes are living by digging a number of wells . Representative of the two tribes appreciated efforts of the RSF commander to provide the necessary services and assist them in preserving social peace .ab
