Minister: Comprehensive Revision for Legislations
Khartoum, Sept.15 (SUNA) – The Minister of Justice, Dr. Nasr-Eddin Abdul Barri, has affirmed his great concern with the constitutional law and scientific research, stressing the necessity for clarification of the legislations between the center and the states in the field of lands. Addressing a workshop, organized at the Justice Tower Sunday, the minister pointed to the problems between the center and the states in a number of jurisdictions concerning the previous constiutions in the field of land management and utilization and the use of the natural resources. He said the coming period will witness comprehensive revision for all the legislations. He indicated that one of the main problem that remained in Sudan is the relationship between the central authority and the state governments IF/MO
