Khartoum, June 20 (SUNA)- Sudan Permanent Mission in Geneva organized an official reception party on Wednesday in the context of Sudan and Africa campaign favored Sudan and Africa nominee, Ashraf AL Noor to hold the International Organization for Migrant (IOM) deputy General Manager’s Position. The reception party was honored by African Union Social affairs commissioner, and the presence of African labor ministers from Ethiopia, Namibia, and Sierra Leone besides active participation of permanent representatives in Geneva. Sudan delegation for the campaign was headed by the general Manager of International affairs at Ministry of foreign affairs ambassador Muheldeen Salim. For his part Sudan Permanent Mission representative in Geneva Othman Abu Fatima addressed the gathering, welcoming the participated delegates and paid special tribute to AU commissioner envoy. Likewise the AU envoy commissioner praised the African nominee for his long career of 25 years’ with the IOM. The AU envoy predicted that the nominee long career with the organization could offer him a greater chance to win the position.
