Armed Forces issues the daily situation report on military operations progress

The 16th infantry division in Nyala today wrote a new chapter in its steadfastness and was able, with the help of Allah, to repel an attack by the enemy and inflict huge losses in terms of personnel, equipment, weapons and machinery.
The armored corps once again was able to crush a failed attempt by Hemedti’s rebel militia which fled after sustaining huge losses. Our forces are currently in full control of the armored corps and are fully prepared to stop any new attempt. Our forces in the various regions in the central capital are achieving successes and continue to carry out their work until they fight off the last rebel.
The militia today once again committed a crime on civilians by launching a number of mortar attacks on Eid Hussien which led to the killing of four women and the injury of several other civilians. They also launched a number of artillery strikes in a number of districts in Old Omdurman.
