TSC President Visits Khartoum International Airport, Reaffirms Resolve to Crush RSF militia
President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, reaffirmed the government’s determination to eliminate the rebellion and restore full security across Sudan. During his visit to Khartoum International Airport on Tuesday, Al-Burhan described October as a month of victories for the Sudanese people and a symbol of resilience and hope. He warned that any act of aggression against the Sudanese people will ultimately rebound on its perpetrators.
Al-Burhan noted that the airport area had once been occupied by “terrorist militias” but is now back under Sudanese control thanks to the sacrifices of the Armed Forces and their supporting units. “The enemies of the Sudanese people have not read history carefully — they do not understand the will and determination of our nation,” he said. He praised the strength and generosity of Sudan’s land and people, saying, “This land will once again smile upon the Sudanese as the eternal Nile once smiled upon Taharqa, Ba’anakhi, Ali Abdel-Latif, Al-Mahdi, and all the revolutionaries who made it flourish.”
“We tell the aggressors that Sudan is a land of glory, and we, as Sudanese, will preserve that glory,” he affirmed.
TSC President saluted all Sudanese citizens, reassuring them that “this ruthless gang will achieve nothing. Our soldiers are capable of defending Sudan again and again until every citizen feels safe.” He pledged that “our duty is to ensure protection and security for all Sudanese — and soon, no one will be able to threaten this land.” Al-Burhan reiterated the firm commitment to crush the rebellion and ensure it never returns to the scene. Welcoming ongoing peace efforts, he stressed that all Sudanese aspire to peace built on strong national foundations. He stated, “We do not want any mercenary or militia member to play a role in Sudan’s future, nor any entity that supported them.” He concluded by commending all sincere initiatives aimed at restoring peace and normalcy, adding that the crimes of the rebel militias and their backers “prove they stand against Sudan and its people — but they will fail, because the Sudanese nation will prevail in the end.”
