Al-Aiser: Soil irrigated with pure blood remains impervious to enemies, no matter how conditions change and generations pass
Minister of Culture and Information and government spokesman Khalid Al-Aiser wrote on his Facebook page about the armed forces' liberation of the Republican Palace at dawn on Friday:
"To those who thought it was just a joke! In the epics of national dignity, the blood of martyrs mingled with the pure soil of Sudan, and the spirit of our ancestors, full of vigor and pride, mingled with the spirit of the new generations who continue the same journey. I speak to you about the heroes of our valiant army, about men whose will is unbreakable and whose resolve is unshaken, and whose hearts beat only with love for the homeland and the defense of its honor and pride. As for the Janjaweed and mercenaries, and the agent Internal and delusional foreign forces that are with them, they thought it was just a joke. But they did not realize that the battle for Sudanese dignity is not merely a military confrontation. Like its predecessors recorded in history books, it is an eternal message for generations: dignity is attained through the steadfastness of heroes.
The truth that bears no interpretation is that every step taken by our valiant soldiers, from the morning of April 15, 2023, until today, all the way to the palace with its political and historical symbolism, has inscribed a new glory, added to the record of a nation that knows nothing but pride and glory. By mentioning the palace, history regains its splendor, refreshing the memory of the nation and generations. Our soldiers have proven, through their bravery in all battles, and through the facts and living evidence of sacrifices and redemption, that a land watered by pure blood remains impervious to enemies, no matter how circumstances change and generations pass.
These great battles will remain a testament to the triumph of truth over falsehood, particularly when national values are upheld by Sudanese men and women who fear none but Allah Almighty.
Today, we proudly and honorably salute the heroes of the Sudanese Armed Forces and all the supporting forces, including the Intelligence Service, the Police Forces, the Joint Forces, the Sudan Shield Forces, Al-Bra'aon, and the Angry Without Borders, as well as the Sudanese women who fought side by side with the men in Fashir Sultan. A special salute to the Kordofan Al-Haggana (Camel Riders) Corps, filled with the fragrant scent of the towering baobab trees, and to everyone who offered any form of support. Today, the flag has been raised, the palace has returned, and the journey continues until victory is complete.
