Al-Hilo: Declaration represents important breakthrough in negotiations

Khartoum, March.28 (SUNA) – The Head of the Sudan’s People’s Liberation Movement-North-Nuba Mountains,, Abdel Aziz Al-Hilo has disclosed that the Declaration of Principles paves the way for wider negotiations that will translate the agreed upon principles into provisions and articles that guarantee change efforts in the country and the continuation of reform to move from totalitarianism to the space of democracy and respect for human rights. Al-Hilo, addressing the signing ceremony of the declaration in , Juba, Sunday, lauded the efforts being exerted by the Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, General, Abdel Fattah Al-, describing the move as an important breakthrough in the course of the negotiation process. He expressed hope that the negotiators will give top priority to the Sudan’s high interest.
