Raja Nicola meets delegation of Civil Registry Directorate
Khartoum, Feb. 9 (SUNA) - Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) Raja Nicola Abdel-Messiah, has instructed conducting legal studies on granting citizenship by birth, especially with regard to those who cannot benefit from the amendment of the Nationality Act, 2018. The TSC Member discussed during her meeting at the Republican Palace today with a delegation of the General Directorate of Civil Registry (Identity and Registration Department) headed by Brig. (police) Mahmoud Azmy Abdel- Razik, the issue of granting citizenship by birth and naturalization and how to deal with it in accordance with legal procedures. BT/BT
