Foreign Minister stresses importance of supporting Sudan's Embassies with their requirements
Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Dr. Ali Yousuf Ahmed Al-Sharif has stressed the importance of supporting Sudan's diplomatic missions abroad with their requirements and resolving the impediments they face, underlining the necessity of developing relations with the countries of representation. This came during his meeting at the Ministry's headquarters on Wednesday with ambassadors and diplomats at the beginning of his duties at the ministry. The minister said, in a statement to (SUNA), that he discussed with them the progress of work in the ministry, future plans and foreign policy priorities for the post-war period.
The minister had returned from a tour that included Cairo, Riyadh and Baku, where he attended the emergency Arab-Islamic summit in Riyadh and the climate change summit in Azerbaijan, during which he met with a number of his counterparts participating in these summits and discussed with them bilateral relations between Sudan and these countries and their support for Sudan in regional and international forums.
