Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs meets Carter Center delegation

Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Daffallah Al-Haj Ali, met today the delegation of Carter Center headed by Ms. Beh Alexander, Executive Director of the Center. The Executive Director reviewed the center’s support projects provided to Sudan since 1986, including health personnel and infrastructure rehabilitation, nogting that the center is in the process of expanding the tropical disease control program. On his part, the Undersecretary briefed the delegation on the political developments since the December revolution, appreciating the role played by the Carter Center in various fields in Sudan, and the Sudan's continued cooperation with the center
