Minister of Interior Heads the Meeting of Transport Committee

Khartoum Oct 13 (SUNA)- Minister of Interior Lt (Gen) Police Al Tirafi Idris headed Sunday at Council of Ministers Premises the meeting of the ministerial committee assigned to study and review the public transport situation in the country. The meeting reviewed efforts exerted to find out urgent scientific solution to transport crisis in Khartoum state and activation of regulations and laws relevance to transportation. The meeting affirmed the importance that Khartoum state had to continue on maintenance of main and sub transport roads, reactivation of public transport lines resolution. The meeting also stressed the reactivation of stop over allocated stations, besides opening opportunities for investors to import vehicles of wider capacities and reconsideration of public transport tariff.  AA
