Government and SPLM N Negotiations resumed

Juba, June 7 (SUNA) – The negotiation session between the government and the SPLM/N led by Abdel Aziz Al-Hilo resumed, today, Monday, in Palm Hotel after the decision taken by the mediation to suspend the negotiation for another week to agree on the points of contention between the two parties to develop the final draft of the framework agreement. The Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, the Chairman of the Government delegation, Gen. Shams Edeen Kabbashi chaired the government delegation while, the SPLM/N delegation chaired by the Movement’s Secretary General, Amar Amoun in the presence of the Head of the Southern Mediation, the President’s Advisor for Security Affairs, Tut Galwak, the UNITAMS and representatives of the regional and international organizations.The negotiations between the two sids kicked off in the 26th of last May, in Juba, capital of the Republic of South Sudan.
