EU expresses concern over renewal of violence in Genina

Khartoum, April. The EU has expressed deep concern over killing and injuring of tens of civilians, in Genina, West Darfur State. The union, in its Tweeter account, Monday, called on all the components of the Transitional Government to exert utmost efforts to stop the escalating violence in Genina. The EU indicated to the repetition of the same painful developments of burning down the houses and killing and injuring the innocent citizens six months after the signing of the Peace Agreement. “The citizens in Genina and all parts of Sudan deserve peace and security” the EU tweeted.
