Saudi Foreign Minister arrives in Khartoum

Khartoum, Dec. 8 (SUNA) - Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan arrived in Khartoum today. The Saudi Foreign Minister was received upon his arrival at Khartoum Airport by Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Omer Gammar-Eddin and members of the staff of the Saudi Embassy in Khartoum, led by Ambassador Ali Hassan bin Gafaar. The Saudi Minister holds meetings today with his Sudanese counterpart as he also meets Prime Minister Dr. Abdalla Hamdouk and President of the Sovereignty Council Lt. Gen. Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan. It is noteworthy that the visit of the Saudi Foreign Minister to Sudan aims to activate the agreements concluded between Khartoum and Riyadh to realize the interests of the peoples of the two countries.
