Al Burhan Stresses Firmness of Relations Between Sudan and South Africa

Khartoum Nov,14(SUNA)- Chairman of the Sovereign Council, Lt. Gen. Abdul-Fattah Al-Burhan affirmed depth and strength of relations between Sudan and South Africa. Al-Burhan discussed during meeting at the republican palace Thursday with Vice-President of South Africa and the South African Envoy for South Sudan , David Mabuza ways of enhancing relations between Sudan and South African Republic. The Head of the Sovereign Council announced that a highprofile delegation would vi-sit South Africa soon to explore horizons of joint cooperation in all fields, particularly regarding needs for technical aid. For his part, the South African Vice-President underlined his country support to Sudan during its chair of African Union coming session to achieve peace aspirations of people of Sudan as well as assisting lifting sanctions being imposed on Sudan. Mabuza asserted his country support to outcome of Entebbe meetings on peace process in South Sudan State which were held between presidents of Sudan, Uganda and South Sudan and the South Africa readiness to help the South Sudanese parties form government and state institutions.
