Hamdok Receives Congratulatory Message from Vietnamese PM

Khartoum, Oct.3(SUNA)-Prime Minister, Dr Abdalla Hamdok received a message of congratulation from Prime Minister of Vietnam , Nguyen Xuan Phuc on his appointment as prime minister .
