Oktober 2018, keine Barzahlungen für Visa-Anträge, Legalisierungen oder die Ausstellung von sonstigen Dokumenten mehr akzeptiert. +++ Ab diesem Tag können Zahlungen entweder per +++ Banküberweisung auf das bekannte Konto der Konsularabteilung +++ oder alternativ per Zahlung mit EC- oder Kreditkarte direkt in der Botschaft erledigt werden. +++ Ausnahmen von dieser Regelung können leider nicht gemacht werden. +++ ++++ A T T E N T I O N ++++ +++ Dear visitors of the Embassy, +++ This is to inform you that from Monday, 22. Khartoum-19-9-2018(SUNA)- Within two decades China became the most important eco-nomic partner in Africa via providing more capital investments, technology , Arts of admi-nistration and skills of organizing business in number of African countries. In addition to speed up Chinese companies investment's level in the African Continent recently. China expanded its relations with countries of the brunette continent which open doors wide , as commercial currents flourished and amount of investments increased in field of basic infra structures. The cultural, political and diplomatic relations became more stronger. Beside that finance and technical Aid what affected on the Chinese turning toward African states and through learning from faults of Westerners so they were keen to convergence with African Nations and built active exchangeable relations to be the acceptable ally to the Africans. Total of Chinese companies in African reached to about 10.000 in 2017, most of it in fields of agriculture, mining, Construction and reconstruction and sectors of trade, investment, treatment of resources productions and logistic commercial support , besides Chinese wor-kers and experts. By end of 2016 Chinese investment in Africa evaluated with more than 100 billion dollar , Vs. 20 billion dollar in 2012.  China that bet on Africa, depends on concept of partnership in addition to mutual Interest, respect, equality and not interference in the others affaires, what appeared clearly in huge support china had been provided to the continent’s states. Recent China afforded different kinds of Aid and subsides to about 53 African country in frame of “ cooperation between south countries” and to support these countries efforts in order to accomplish an integ-ral package of development projects in fields of agriculture, industry, transporting, commu-nication, irrigation, culture, education and health services. initiative of “ Revival of Silk Road” was launched in 2013, during the Chinese president tour in Middle Asia and states of East -south Asia states .It was under the title of “Participation to build economic belt of Silk Road” and “ Marine Silk Road in 21 century” . China targets to increase its trade through Silk Road with African countries to reach 400 billion dollar by 2020. Some economic analyses believe that china adopts what named” Alternative Globalizati-on” to face globalization of western states and USA. These globalization concentrate on mutual interest and benefits with other countries, and specially African countries away from political pressures.  Forum on China - Africa Cooporation , convened in Beijing current month, with participation of china and African countries leaders was pivot point in track of commercial and econo-mic corporation between two sides , while the summit established to the stage of integral partnership in frame of utilizing available investment and commercial opportunities and no- interfere in internal issues. According to statements of the Chinese ambassador in Sudan Li Lianhe on outputs of the summit explained that china give priority to achieve eight campaigns which include industrial development, participation in building infra structure of Africa, facilitating trade, Green deve-lopment, building capacities, popular communication and keeping African peace and security. The Chinese ambassador said” china provides 60 billion dollar to accomplish this campaigns via governmental Aid, investment, financing from monetary institutions and partnerships. It detailed to 15 billion as Aid and loans without Interest, 20 billion from Credit funds, 10 billion dollar to Chinese-African development finance and 5 billion dollar to finance import trade from Africa and to encourage Chinese companies to invest not less than 10 billion dollar in Africa in coming years. Besides , to write off loans of less-developed countries, poor countries, lo-cked countries and developing island- countries that established diplomatic relations with China from governmental loans without Interest till 2018.  The ambassador Li Lianhe asserted on commitment of the Chinese president with (5) points -: No -interfere in efforts of African states to explore development methods that suitable their conditions, No- interfere in the internal African affaires , No- to impo-se the Will on others, No- link to Aid with political Interest in Africa, No- aim to gain poli-tical benefit from Chinese investment and finance in Africa. And pointed to china commit-ment with adopting equality and Interest in common and actual cooperation to development of African nations and achieving constant peace and security in the continent . As the am-bassador pointed to China keenness of developing relations of international partnership with international partners in building Silk Belt and participating in the international governance via supporting south-south cooperation.
